It’s important to know what foods affect you and in what way. Keep away from foods that tend to cause bloating – like alcohol, dairy products and gluten. We suggest cutting down on added sugars leading up to your shoot too, as they can crash your energy.

Snacks like almonds, walnuts, dark chocolate and dried or fresh fruits – like berries, bananas, oranges or watermelon – are easy ways to stay energized throughout the day between meals. You could also try incorporating some chia seeds into a smoothie or some no bake snack bites – chia seeds boost energy and help you feel full so you don’t overeat.
