Photoshoot Policies
Welcome & Session Focus
- We specialize exclusively in boudoir photography, providing a private, personalized, and empowering experience for each client.
- All posing, styling, and imagery are designed to align with the boudoir genre. We do not photograph maternity, headshots, branding, family, or non-boudoir sessions.
- For the comfort and safety of both mother and baby, maternity boudoir sessions are offered up to 28 weeks of pregnancy.
Arrival & Check-In
- To ensure the best experience, please arrive hair and makeup ready so you can fully enjoy your time in front of the camera.
- Your photoshoot will begin promptly at your scheduled time. Arriving on time helps ensure a relaxed session with ample time for all your desired poses.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, fewer images, or limited posing time, as sessions will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time to respect other clients.
- A valid, government-issued photo ID is required upon arrival to your session prior to being photographed. ID must verify that the client is female and 19 years of age or older.
- Sessions are conducted one-on-one: one female client with one female photographer, providing privacy and focus.
- Guests, partners, or children are not permitted during the session. This allows you to feel fully comfortable and confident during your shoot.
Accessibility & Assistance
- Non-English speaking, hearing-impaired, or nonverbal clients must provide an interpreter for the Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment.
- Our photographers are not trained or permitted to lift or physically move clients. If assistance is needed with mobility or posing, please notify our team in advance to discuss accommodations. ADA-accessible rooms are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Session Experience & Creative Freedom
- Creativity within the boudoir style is encouraged. We love capturing your unique personality and beauty while staying true to the boudoir genre.
- Sex toys, weapons (real or replica), drugs, alcohol, or related items are not permitted in our studios or hotel locations. Clients must arrive sober and not under the influence of alcohol or substances.
- If you’re unsure whether a prop is appropriate, we’re happy to discuss it with you by phone ahead of time.
- While we strive to honor specific image requests, we cannot guarantee them due to time, space, lighting, or location limitations. Final images may vary from examples shown in our portfolio or on social media.
- We do not photograph explicit nudity.
- Our photographers are fully focused on creating a beautiful, comfortable photoshoot experience and do not have access to administrative details such as scheduling, contracts, pricing, credits, or orders. For any account-related questions, our Client Services team is available to help.
Booking, Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. Because we coordinate photographer schedules, studio space, and travel in advance, all cancellations and reschedule requests must be handled by phone. To ensure accuracy and timely support, we’re unable to process changes via text or email.
- If a deposit is required to book your session, it may be:
- Applied as a credit toward your order or
- Refunded after completion of your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment.
- Session fees are non-refundable.
- Cancellations or reschedules made more than 15 days before your scheduled photoshoot may be rescheduled one time for free.
- Cancellations made within two (2) weeks of your scheduled photoshoot will result in the session fee or deposit being retained.
- A second cancellation or reschedule, at any point in time, will result in the loss of the previous deposit/session fee and require a new deposit or session fee to reschedule.
- While we understand that weather, traffic, and unforeseen delays can occur, session fees and cancellation policies remain in effect. Clients are responsible for allowing sufficient travel time and monitoring conditions ahead of their session. In rare cases of severe or unsafe weather, our team will reach out directly to discuss next steps with safety as the priority.
- Virtual Styling Appointment (VSA) Credit Policy: Lingerie credits must be redeemed during a Virtual Styling Appointment (VSA). Both the VSA and credits must be used before your photoshoot. Availability is not guaranteed. Cancellations or reschedules due to VSA availability are not permitted. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, combined with other offers, or applied retroactively.
- Please note that lingerie delivery timelines and fit outcomes do not impact session dates. Cancellation and rescheduling policies remain in effect regardless of lingerie arrival or fit.
Products, Ordering & Payments
- All products are custom-designed for each client. Once an order is placed (including layaway orders), it is final and non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
- A 90-minute remote Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment is required to select images and place your order.
- At the time of ordering, a minimum 10% down payment plus shipping and tax is required.
- Privacy & Image Security: All photoshoots are conducted by an all-female team. Client images are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized team members. Images are never shared or used for marketing without the client’s express written consent, which is requested only after the Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment. Without written consent, all images remain private and confidential.
Promotional Packages & Gift Certificates
- Each client may redeem one promotional package per lifetime, including gift certificates and seasonal specials.
- Groupons are valid for new clients only and require a $100 refundable booking deposit to schedule.
- Promotional packages cannot be exchanged, combined, transferred, or modified.
- Promotional packages, gift certificates, and seasonal specials must be redeemed within 90 days of purchase.
- Shipping, handling, and taxes are not included in promotional pricing and will be applied at checkout.
- Seasonal Specials are non-refundable. If canceled, a new session fee will be required to reschedule.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
To improve our service and user experience, we gather information from your activities with our website. The information we collect does not include personal details about you unless you have granted permission for us to do so.
When available, the information we collect includes your demographic details, geographic location, and browsing behavior. We use the information collected to promote and personalize our services, comply with the law, and better understand our users.
Emails
We collect leads from users who voluntarily agree to join our mailing list. You can find our signup forms at the bottom of every page, or in the form of pop-ups when visiting our website.
Most of our forms collect your name and email address. Some signup forms may require information such as your city, state, zip code, or phone number. By clicking “submit” or “subscribe” you are agreeing to receive information via email from us. The information we send you may include promotional information, and marketing content. If you purchase one of our services or products, you will automatically receive transactional emails regarding your order.
If you want to stop receiving our emails, you can do it by clicking the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of each email. Please allow 24 hours to be fully unsubscribed from our system. Keep in mind that unsubscribing from our emails will not cancel your enrollment from our other channels of communication.
Text and phone calls
We collect phone numbers from individuals who share their information by completing one of our forms online or at bridal and women’s shows we attend throughout the country. We also collect leads from attendance lists that show producers share with us. It is the responsibility of the show producers to disclose to their clients how they plan to use and share the information they collect.
When providing us with your phone number you are agreeing to receive our automated texts and calls, as stated in our forms. If you want to cancel your subscription, follow the instructions provided in the texts/calls or contact us to be manually eliminated from our lists.
Tracking and cookies
We use browser cookies and similar technologies to maintain your preferences while providing you with a secure website. Also, third-party services use cookies to collect information about users’ interactions with our website.
We employ Google Analytics and similar services to track your interactions with our website. With this tool, we collect data for re-marketing and to improve our services and the overall experience of all site visitors. Google Analytics does not collect the personal information that you share with us.
Data security
We use encryption (HTTPS) to protect any information you might share with us through our website. In addition, we have several controls in our system to keep your data secure. No security measure is perfect and thus, we cannot guarantee that the information you share with us will remain secure or that this information will not be accessed, altered, or destroyed in an unauthorized manner.
