For the best experience, we recommend booking your session at least two months before your special occasion — or 3–6 months in advance if you want more flexibility with dates, styling options, and payment plans. This also ensures plenty of time for your products to be designed and delivered.
Need it sooner? We offer expedited options for last-minute bookings and rush orders.

Booking is easy and can be done online or over the phone — whichever you prefer! Once your photo shoot date is confirmed, we’ll collect your session fee to officially reserve your spot on our calendar. Our customer service team will discuss all the details with you, including prep tips, scheduling your styling appointment, and what to expect on your session day. From booking to delivery, we’re here to make the entire experience simple, fun, and stress-free.

Session fees are non-refundable, as they’re used to reserve your date and secure your team’s time and resources. If you need to reschedule, don’t worry — we offer one complimentary reschedule with at least 15 days’ notice before your original shoot date.

Life happens! You may reschedule once for free if you give us at least 15 days’ notice. Reschedules made within 15 days of your shoot require a new session fee. This policy keeps our calendar fair for all clients and ensures every session gets the time and care it deserves.

Not at all! We’ll guide you through every pose - from where to look to how to move - so you feel confident and comfortable the entire time. Our job is to help you look (and feel) incredible, no experience required.

Bring:

• A government-issued photo ID (required for your session)
• Outfits you love — lingerie, bodysuits, corsets, or anything that makes you feel amazing
• Personal touches like jewelry, heels, accessories, or your partner’s shirt
• And most importantly — confidence and an open mind!

Not at all! Your session is about you — not what you wear. Many clients love oversized sweaters, silk robes, bodysuits, or even simple bra-and-panty sets. During your Virtual Style Appointment, we’ll help you choose looks that fit your comfort level and the vibe you want for your shoot. Whether that’s lingerie, something cozy, or something bold — the goal is to help you feel confident, sexy, and completely yourself.

We don’t provide a client wardrobe — instead, every look you wear is personally chosen by you. To make it easy, we offer a Virtual Style Appointment before your session, where our team helps you shop, style, and select pieces that fit your vision and body perfectly. You’ll arrive fully prepared and feeling amazing in outfits that are uniquely yours.

Hair and makeup aren’t included, so you’ll arrive photo-ready with a look that reflects your personal style. Whether you style yourself or book a local artist, we recommend choosing a look that makes you feel confident, beautiful, and authentically you.

Your Virtual Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment usually takes place 1–2 weeks after your session. During this appointment, you’ll select your favorite images, build a custom order, and design your products - turning your session into keepsakes you’ll treasure forever.

To keep the focus fully on you and help you relax, our studio is a closed set during sessions (no guests in the shooting space). However, partners are always welcome to join your virtual image reveal to help choose your favorites.

Digital images form the foundation of every order! Any images you select to invest in will be delivered to you digitally. During your Virtual Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment, you’ll choose your favorite images and can then create a fully custom collection — albums, prints, wall art, or keepsakes — all built from your digitals. This gives you complete control over how you enjoy and display your images, now and for years to come.
